How We Serve Our Clients
Our Clients
RackAir's service model is purpose-built for the people who are accountable for building performance.
Portfolio Property Managers
Multi-site residential and commercial portfolios requiring consistent service, standardized documentation, and a single accountable point of contact.
Commercial Building Operators
Office, retail, and mixed-use properties where system uptime, tenant satisfaction, and asset value protection are the primary drivers.
Facilities Managers & Directors
Technically engaged professionals who value mechanical accuracy, safety compliance, and a service provider who speaks their language.
Condo Corporations & Boards
Boards that need clear, defensible mechanical recommendations and formal documentation to present to residents, insurers, and ownership.
Industrial & Light Manufacturing
Facilities where mechanical downtime directly impacts operations and production continuity.
Healthcare & Long-Term Care
Life-safety critical environments requiring TSSA-compliant systems, zero-downtime standards, and full documentation for accreditation and regulatory bodies.
The RackAir Difference
Most mechanical contractors are built around dispatch. Work orders come in, technicians are sent out, and the cycle repeats. RackAir operates differently.

Our Unionized Workforce
RackAir employs certified, unionized HVAC/R technicians through UA Local 787. Every technician has completed formal apprenticeship training, holds provincial certification, and operates within a defined professional framework. That means consistent skill levels across every site and a clear standard of accountability behind every service call.
