Built on Accountability

RackAir is run by people who understand the work because they have done it themselves. As a second-generation, family-owned company, there’s a level of care and responsibility that shows up in how the team is supported and how decisions are made day to day. People can take ownership of their work knowing they’re backed by a team that values doing things properly and supports them at every level.

Open Roles

RackAir is growing across the Greater Toronto Area and Eastern Ontario. We hire for the long term — structured training, union wages and benefits, and clear progression.

Technical Account Manager — Ontario

We are hiring a Technical Account Manager to own client relationships across our Ontario markets — a cross-market portfolio role spanning the GTA and Eastern Ontario. The TAM is the technical face of RackAir to our clients: conducting site audits, scoping preventive maintenance programs, reviewing deficiency reports with property managers, and turning building condition into capital plans clients can act on. A strong technical background in commercial HVAC/R or mechanical systems is essential; a trade licence is an asset but not required — we care more about your ability to walk a mechanical room, understand what you're seeing, and explain it to the person who answers for the building. To apply, email your resume to [email protected] with the subject line "Technical Account Manager Application."

Licensed Trades — Always Welcome

We are always interested in hearing from 313A refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics and licensed gas technicians who want to build a career with a unionized UA Local 787 shop. If that's you, introduce yourself at [email protected] with the subject line "Licensed Trades" — even if the timing isn't today, we want to know you.
