RackAir Joins BOMA Toronto, ACMO, and the Toronto Construction Association
RackAir is proud to announce our membership in three of the organizations that anchor the Greater Toronto Area's building industry: BOMA Toronto, the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), and the Toronto Construction Association (TCA).
For 35 years, RackAir has operated on a simple standard: every service call documented, every deficiency reported, every record ready when someone asks. These memberships formalize what our Etobicoke base at 89 Galaxy Blvd already represents — RackAir is in the GTA to serve its buildings for the long term.
BOMA Toronto
BOMA Toronto's membership represents the people our service model was built for — the property managers, asset managers, and building operators who answer for the performance of the GTA's commercial building stock. We look forward to contributing to that community and meeting the operators who carry the accountability every day.
ACMO
Condominium managers operate under a distinct kind of accountability: every mechanical decision is answerable to a board, recorded in minutes, and measured against a reserve fund. RackAir's documentation discipline — TSSA-compliant service records, photographed deficiency reports, capital planning support — exists for exactly that environment. As ACMO members, we look forward to working alongside Ontario's condominium management professionals.
Toronto Construction Association
Capital mechanical work has always been part of what RackAir delivers — boiler plant replacements, rooftop unit change-outs, makeup air system replacements, and mechanical scopes within larger projects, performed by our UA Local 787 unionized workforce. TCA membership connects RackAir with the general contractors and owners delivering the GTA's building projects.
Across all three communities, the commitment is the same one we've kept since 1992: unionized, TSSA-registered mechanical service with accountability built into every step.
